Steel Ball Run is the seventh and final part of the popular manga series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. It was serialized in Weekly Shnen Jump from 2004 to 2011, and later collected into 24 tankbon volumes. The story follows Johnny Joestar, a paraplegic former jockey who enters a cross-country horse race across the United States in order to win a prize that will allow him to walk again. Along the way, he teams up with a variety of allies and faces off against a group of assassins who are trying to prevent him from winning.
